As a Receiver, you will be responsible for receiving and processing returns, loading will-call orders, and providing excellent customer service.

Essential Job Functions:

• Communicating RTV items that need to be returned to vendor
• Support walk in customers with pick up and drop off 
• Process items from vendors and canceled orders
• Load and unload driver returns and EPL pickups
• Manage drop locations within company goals
• Logging, auditing, and monitoring returns and Cores
• Updating PO’s and Work orders in the system for accuracy
• Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude
• Support forklift, load and unload when needed
• Provides additional backup support for shipping and stocking departments
• Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED and/or one (1) year Receiver experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience
• Customer Service experience
• Forklift experience
• Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance 
• Excellent decision making skills and ability to self-direct
• Good interpersonal communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to perform a variety of tasks in all kinds of weather/seasons
• Physical stamina and good upper body strength to lift heavy objects
• Ability to lift/load/unload up to 75 lbs 
• Will be required to wear proper PPE
